Uncommon’s home office develops and operates high-performing schools and presents them with value and services while preserving schools’ autonomy in appropriate areas.  Our home office team is comprised of professionals who are passionate about improving educational opportunities for under-served youth and communities and have a wide array of educational, non-profit, and for-profit professional experiences.  They work relentlessly to provide support with finance, recruitment, fund development, technology, operations, charter school application and set-up, compliance, legal guidance, human resources, and best practice sharing.
