To be able to ensure our children's academic success, teachers must be able to effectively teach the writing process to early elementary students. Presenters model for teachers several strategies that they use in the classroom to set their K, 1st, and 2nd students on the college-bound path. This workshop will allow participants to learn how to combine handwriting, shared writing, and kid writing to dramatically advance their students' writing skills. Participants will observe how to implement the writing process for a classroom of students and will benefit from a resource packet of materials to take with them into their own classroom.
