Les subventions EIR soutiennent \"les efforts locaux visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper, mettre en \u0153uvre et faire passer \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle des projets entrepreneuriaux et fond\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es probantes qui ont le potentiel d'am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats scolaires des \u00e9l\u00e8ves mal desservis\". Uncommon est l'une des 30 organisations du pays \u00e0 avoir re\u00e7u cette subvention.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Uncommon utilisera cette subvention sur une p\u00e9riode de cinq ans pour cr\u00e9er un programme d'informatique (CS) solide et culturellement adapt\u00e9 dans toutes nos \u00e9coles secondaires, qui aura un impact sur plus de 5 000 \u00e9tudiants au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es, et encore plus au cours des ann\u00e9es suivantes. L'initiative s'attaquera syst\u00e9matiquement aux obstacles structurels qui emp\u00eachent les \u00e9l\u00e8ves sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s de r\u00e9aliser leur plein potentiel dans les domaines des STIM en exposant tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 l'informatique d\u00e8s la neuvi\u00e8me et la dixi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des unit\u00e9s d'informatique int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les cours de math\u00e9matiques et de sciences obligatoires. Les objectifs de ce projet sont les suivants<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-8777 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/uncommonschools.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Screen-Shot-2022-02-14-at-2.18.06-PM-300x192.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"192\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uncommonschools.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Screen-Shot-2022-02-14-at-2.18.06-PM-300x192.png 300w, https:\/\/uncommonschools.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Screen-Shot-2022-02-14-at-2.18.06-PM-768x492.png 768w, https:\/\/uncommonschools.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Screen-Shot-2022-02-14-at-2.18.06-PM-800x513.png 800w, https:\/\/uncommonschools.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Screen-Shot-2022-02-14-at-2.18.06-PM-30x20.png 30w, https:\/\/uncommonschools.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Screen-Shot-2022-02-14-at-2.18.06-PM.png 952w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper le personnel et l'infrastructure technologique pour soutenir une programmation CS robuste<\/li>\n<li>Accro\u00eetre l'int\u00e9r\u00eat et l'efficacit\u00e9 personnelle des lyc\u00e9ens en mati\u00e8re de sciences de l'information, y compris le nombre d'\u00e9l\u00e8ves s'inscrivant \u00e0 des cours d'AP CS et r\u00e9ussissant l'examen d'AP CS.<\/li>\n<li>Augmenter le nombre d'anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves d'Uncommon qui poursuivent des \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures et des carri\u00e8res dans le domaine de la science et de la technologie.<\/li>\n<li>Partager les programmes d'enseignement des sciences sociales, les ressources de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et les enseignements tir\u00e9s d'une \u00e9valuation ind\u00e9pendante de l'initiative avec l'ensemble du secteur de l'\u00e9ducation afin de stimuler l'int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les sciences sociales et les comp\u00e9tences dans ce domaine chez les jeunes sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, au-del\u00e0 d'Uncommon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Uncommon a r\u00e9cemment embauch\u00e9 Allison Johnson en tant que gestionnaire principale de l'informatique.
