We also made it free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>One of the biggest strategies was teacher time. Rather than having all teachers teach students, we pivoted to have select teachers record lessons for a targeted subject and grade group. For example, this meant that hundreds of fourth grade students across Uncommon&#8217;s network would watch a video lesson on literacy by Mr. Acosta.
