Neste ver\u00e3o, alunos do \u00faltimo ano da faculdade de todo o pa\u00eds vieram \u00e0 Roxbury Prep para uma bolsa de estudos de cinco semanas que ofereceu experi\u00eancia pr\u00e1tica em sala de aula e instru\u00e7\u00e3o. Semelhante aos grupos dos anos anteriores, a maioria deles voltou para seu \u00faltimo ano na faculdade com uma oferta de emprego em m\u00e3os para voltar e lecionar na Roxbury Prep quando se formarem em maio de 2023. Esse programa se tornou o maior e mais bem-sucedido canal de novos professores da Roxbury Prep.<\/p>\n

\"Mais de 70% dos bolsistas de ensino da Roxbury Prep s\u00e3o jovens negros, e estamos entusiasmados com o canal que estamos construindo e com os futuros professores talentosos que estamos ajudando a moldar\", disse Shradha Patel, fundadora da Roxbury Prep High School.<\/p>\n

Este ano foi particularmente especial, pois tr\u00eas dos ex-alunos da Roxbury Prep voltaram como Teaching Fellows com o objetivo de garantir um cargo em tempo integral no local que lhes proporcionou sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o no ensino m\u00e9dio.<\/p>\n
