Tamb\u00e9m a tornamos gratuita e aberta ao p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Uma das maiores estrat\u00e9gias foi o tempo do professor. Em vez de fazer com que todos os professores ensinassem os alunos, optamos por fazer com que professores selecionados gravassem aulas para uma disciplina e uma s\u00e9rie espec\u00edfica. Por exemplo, isso significa que centenas de alunos da quarta s\u00e9rie da rede da Uncommon assistiriam a uma videoaula sobre alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o ministrada pelo Sr. Acosta.
