If you choose to apply for a role or engage with a member of Uncommon’s recruitment team through our career site or a third-party job board (indeed, LinkedIn), we will collect personally identifiable information about you, including name, email address, phone number and professional and educational histories in addition to other information relevant for the specific role applied to. In addition to using this data for recruitment purposes, the data may also be used in aggregate to understand how applicants utilize the career site and/or job postings and engaged with the recruitment process.
