Dan Hall spent 10 weeks this summer with Uncommon’s HR team. As a 2019 Social Enterprise Fellow and military veteran, Dan designed proposals to help the organization’s HR team tackle systems and knowledge management practices. “Towards the end of the summer, I presented my proposed solutions to the team,” writes Dan, and together, they “began the work of paring down their knowledge management systems, and successfully eliminating one full system.”
