Survey Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who complete the survey and are residents of the regions where Uncommon Schools operate within New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, of Uncommon Schools and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry: To enter the raffle, participants must complete the survey in its entirety and provide a valid email address. Each participant is limited to one entry per survey completion.
Prize: $500 Visa gift cards will be awarded to two randomly selected winners in each region (NYC, Rochester, Camden, Newark, and Boston).
Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the survey period. The draw will be conducted by Uncommon Schools.
Notification and Claiming of Prizes: Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the survey within 10 business days after the survey closing date. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified time, another winner will be selected at random.
Privacy: Personal information collected for the raffle will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the raffle. Uncommon Schools has engaged Savanta to present this survey to you on its behalf and has shared your details for this purpose only. Savanta will not use your details for anything else and will delete them when the survey is finished.
General Conditions: Uncommon Schools reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Uncommon Schools’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by Uncommon Schools in its sole discretion.
Disputes: Any disputes arising in connection with the raffle shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the participant resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
