Uncommon’s Talent Team reviews all applications and identifies candidates who satisfy the requirements of the job, and may be a good organizational fit.
If selected, the Talent Team will reach out to schedule an initial interview where we can learn more about you, and you can learn more about Uncommon Schools. Select candidates are then invited to subsequent interviews with team members, and may perform a skills assessment.
Candidates who are a fit for the position and team will be notified and given an offer to work with Uncommon Schools.
