Rochester Prep celebrated its Senior Signing Day on May 19 to commemorate students’ college decisions and to cheer them on as they begin their next chapter. 98% of the seniors are graduating and heading to college in the fall.
“So often we hear about the negative things that are going on in our community and negative things that kids are doing,” said Rochester Mayor Malik Evans. “But here in this building, you have a lot of students graduating and announcing where they are going to school… and I was happy to be able to celebrate that with them today.”
