Aisha experienced a passion for quality math education for all students with a transformative Algebra 1 classroom experience at the age of 14—her second time taking the course. Aisha realized first-hand that, despite one’s academic background, mathematical achievement is possible. She dedicated her career to math education first as an educator in Louisville, Kentucky, and then with Uncommon Schools. Aisha achieved some of the highest results with her Pre-AP Calculus and Algebra 1 students, and now serves as the Director of 9-12 Math.
