The only thing Katie loves more than math is helping middle schoolers see their own potential. She is in her 12th year at Uncommon, where she currently serves as the Director of 5-8 Math on the Curriculum & Assessment Team. Previously, she was the Middle School Math Dean of Curriculum and Instruction for North Star Academy’s middle schools, and was a TFA corps member while teaching 7th grade math in Newark, NJ. In her free time, Katie loves to read, exercise, and guiltily watch The Bachelor/ette.
