Dean of Students
Each Uncommon school has a Dean of Students who serves on the leadership team and works with the school’s Principal and Director of Operations to ensure stellar learning environments and excellent family communication. Our Dean of Students helps lead the school’s efforts to create a positive, structured, consistent, caring, and joyful school culture and also works individually with students and families as a behavioral specialist.
Special Education Coordinator
We are committed to helping every child reach their full potential. Our Special Education Coordinators ensure that each of our students receive the academic, emotional, and physical services necessary to be successful, by managing and administering the school’s special education program.
Social Worker
Each school has a Social Worker that expertly addresses the psychological, emotional, and social well-being of our students. They provide clinical counseling to our students, and resources and support for our families. Our Social Workers consistently help our students, parents, and school staff work together to ensure that our students are thriving emotionally and are fully supported as they navigate life challenges and evolve into young adults.
College Completion Team
Our College Completion teams offer a unique, world-class level of college admissions and alumni support at our high schools. Our College Counselors walk our students and parents through each aspect of the college application process. Our Alumni Support team members help our graduates to navigate their college experience as they pursue their ultimate goal of college graduation.
